The Performance are split into 3 training progressions,  These groups are solely focused on competitive swimming and develop to provide Long Term Athlete development

Training to Train – Age Group

  • Training Period: 3 Years
  • Recommend Session: Age in session a fortnight * depending on swimmer’s biology age
  • Yearly Training: 48 weeks           
  • Ideal age: Males 13-16, Females 12-15 (+/- a year)



  • This stage emphasizes developing an aerobic base, speed, and strength. Swimmers will also further develop and consolidate sport specific skills
  • Swimmers in this group are targeting towards National Events such as: Division 2, Age Groups, and Short Course Championship meets
