Teenfit – Retention and Fitness

  • Training Period: 1-5 years
  • Recommend Session: 1+
  • Yearly Training: 20-40 weeks    
  • Ideal age: 13 and over


  • This group caters for a range of swimmers wanting from keeping fit, continue learning new skills and develop stroke, fitness for other water sports or Triathlon
  • We work on creating social fun atmosphere 
  • As this group has a wide range of what swimmers are trying to achieve we also cater for these.
  • Our main focuses  are skill development, aerobic capacity, and basic speed work.
  • Swimmers targeting open water, water polo, and triathlon also have the option of working towards joining our Youth Tri Fit group 


Monday & Thursday: 5:00-6:00pm
Tuesday: 7:00-8:00am
Wednesday: 3:30-5:00pm (skills session)
Friday: 3:30-4:30pm
